Dr. Cauthen and her team are so grateful that our community allows us to provide them with comprehensive dermatology care every day, so we wanted to take this opportunity to give back. The MidState Cares program will provide one lucky first responder or teacher the opportunity to get some much-needed self-care on us.
How the program works-
Nominate a first responder or teacher using the form below and tell us a little bit about them. One lucky winner will be randomly selected each cycle and they will be able to select services that will be offered pro bono by our providers. Services range from Neurotoxin injections to hour-long European Facials as well as a product basket specially curated for them! We can’t wait to give back to someone deserving.
When can you enter?
Entries accepted October & November- winner will be announced in December
Entries accepted January & February- winner will be announced in March
Entries accepted April & May- winner will be announced in June
Entries accepted July & August- winner will be announced in September
