Please be advised- MidState has a 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy. We understand circumstances change, so in an effort to manage our schedule effectively and avoid fees please see the  policy below. 

During Business Hours– appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid fees.

After Business Hours– appointment cancellations made via voicemail, text, or email after business hours (M-Thurs 8a-5p) must be requested 24 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid fees. 

Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a fee.

To avoid a cancellation or no-show fee, please reach out via Klara, or phone call at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Should you have an adverse reaction to one of our products, please reach out to your provider or the practice to discuss your options.
