About Katie Keel, APRN-C
Katie Keel is a second generation Ocala native. She graduated from University of Florida with both her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and her Masters of Science in Nursing. Prior to coming to Midstate Skin, Katie worked at Shands at the University of Florida on the Burn Intensive Care Unit. It was there that Katie’s passion for skin continued as she saw patients with not only severe burn wounds but also a wide variety of dermatological conditions. Katie is married to her high school sweetheart, Tyler Keel and they have two sweet boys. Katie specializes in cosmetic dermatology, as well as general & surgical.
