Dr. Puja Kathrotiya is a board-certified dermatologist, a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a respected member of Midstate Skin Institute.
Dr. Kathrotiya is originally from the Midwest where she attended Indiana University School of Medicine. Thereafter, she completed her dermatology residency at University of Florida in Gainesville, where she served as a chief resident during the last year of her training. Prior to her relocation, Dr. Kathrotiya was in private practice in the Orlando and Bradenton area. Dr. Kathrotiya welcomes patients of all ages at our Jasmine Park office for general dermatology, surgical dermatology and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Kathrotiya is dedicated to providing excellent dermatologic care to her patients.
In her spare time, Dr. Kathrotiya enjoys exploring “old Florida” and discovering its’ quaint, preserved towns where the natural beauty of Florida shines through. She also loves to travel throughout the country. One of her goals is to visit every U.S. National Park in her lifetime. When she is home, she enjoys cooking, and spending time with her family, and friends.
