About Casey Overturf, PA-C
Casey obtained her Bachelors in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry and went straight into PA school at Harding University. After graduating in 2014, Casey moved to Georgia where she started her career as a PA in dermatology. In July of 2017 her husband was accepted into a four-year residency in USF and Casey found herself in Tampa, FL where she continued to work in derm until 2021. After residency, Casey moved to Ocala, FL and started working at MidState. Throughout her career she has continued to attend conferences to further her knowledge of general and surgical dermatology as well as cosmetics. She is a member of the SDPA, AAPA and FSDPA.
When she’s not working you can find her with her husband, three year old daughter, four month old son and goldendoodle Murphy. She loves spending time with family and friends, playing games, being on the water and working out.
